I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alaska, certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). For over 13 years, I have valued being of therapeutic service to individuals and families. My practice has an attachment/developmental/humanistic foundation. I incorporate neuroscience, EMDR, Ego State therapy, Sandtray, expressive arts and somatic interventions. UPDATE 2/6/26: Currently accepting NEW teen/perinatal clients. Please be aware, I do not keep an active waitlist. MY SPECIALIZATIONS MATERNAL: Providing sensitive care for individuals experiencing perinatal bereavement and/or difficulties with mood and anxiety related to transitioning to parenthood. INFANT: Supporting healthy bonding and attachment in parent-child relationships. I provide FirstPlay based interventions from 0 to 36 months old. I am a Certified FirstPlay Practitioner. ADOLESCENT: My approach is individually tailored to support teen goals, using a combination of experiential interventions, EMDR and Ego-state work. CHILD: From ages 3 to12, I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, Playful EMDR, and Theraplay activities. As of 2/2/26, I am not able to provide child counseling services.
